I am showcasing here on the Replica Airguns website and over on the Replica Airguns YouTube channel a series of videos I am making for the purpose of selling some guns out of my personal collection. I simply have no more room for the new guns and in some cases I either have duplicate guns or very similar versions so there is no need to have both. Some guns I am less attached to and as I already stated I need to make room for some of the new stuff I will be reviewing and or buying for myself.
In this third Mike's Personal Guns For Sale video I am offering four BB rifles, three of which have full auto or at least burst mode ability and the fourth BB rifles is more of a Shotguns with the ability to shoot three BB's at once. Most of these BB rifles are really hard to get here in Canada now since one is not made anymore and the two are simply not currently being imported into Canada.
Make sure to watch my above YouTube video to see these four BB rifles I am selling and instructions on how you can take part in the sale and purchase of them. By the way I am only selling to Canadian residents since shipping cross borders is a little sketchy.
Here is a list of the BB Rifles I am selling from my personal gun collection:
Today's Full Auto Fun Video features the Umarex Steel Storm CO2 (Internal) Blowback Semi Auto and 6 Round Burst BB Gun. In my books any gun that can shoot at least 3-6 rounds for every pull of the trigger is full auto in my opinion. I tend to shoot in short bursts even if the gun is truly full auto since holding the trigger down till the mag is empty just means you have a lot of down time reloading on your hands. I prefer short controlled bursts because they are more accurate and you can make corrections if need be. You also use less CO2 giving the gun and CO2 a chance to warm up a bit between bursts.
The Umarex Steel Storm has been in my collection of a while now and was the first out of the box full auto BB gun I reviewed on my YouTube Channel. Version 2 of the Steel Storm is the Steel Force which shares many mechanical attributes to the Steel Storm but the Steel Force (externally) is modeled after the AR platform and has the addition of a multi-position AR styled stock which does help with target hold and accuracy.
I will be shooting the Steel Force in an upcoming Full Auto Fun Video so stay posted for that one!
We where out of the Umarex Steel Storm for a while, I had a lot of people asking about this one so I thought I would let everyone know we now have the Umarex Steel Storm back in stock and for sale again in the Canada Replica Airguns Store.
Trigger Pull: The trigger pull on the Kimar Model K 760 is a bit stiff but on a beginner gun I would recommend the trigger to be on the heavy side for safety reasons and also to teach correct trigger control. It did not seem to effect my shooting at all which was nice.
Accuracy: Very good, I was surprised at the tight group I got from a semi rested position and with open sights, I nearly got a 3/4 inch group from 30 feet out which is about the best I can expect from just about any gun I have shot in the same manner. The Kimar Model K 760 spring piston break barrel rifle also shot true to it's claimed feet per second rating and got right around the 450 fps velocity mark.
Build Quality: The Kimar K 760 .177 air rifle is not going to win any prizes for style or craftsmanship but it gets the job done and in about as simple a manner as is required. With that said, what can really go wrong with it?Crank the barrel and pull the trigger. The lack of a safety does not really bother me as I never ever trust a safety and it's always good to learn how to keep a gun safe at all times even when you "believe" it is not loaded or ready to shoot. There is some plastic found on the Kimar K 760 like in the sights and the stock but the mechanical parts are all metal including the trigger.
Coming in at around $50, you can not ask the world from the Kimar Mod. K 760 .177 Caliber Spring Piston Rifle! What you can ask for is for decent accuracy and usable fps, and that's exactly what you are going to get from the Kimar K 760. This break barrel air rifle is really perfect for a beginner shooter on a budget or even for someone who may want to pack it around in some ugly situations where you wouldn't want to subject your high priced top quality air rifle. For the money you really can't lose with this one!
Looking for an ultra compact, super inexpensive, Italian made air rilfe for target or small pest control? Look no further!
This brand new air Italian made rifle from Kimar in .177 caliber is an ideal first air rifle for plinking targets in the back yard and because of it's very compact size it is excellent for small or first time shooters. Don't assume it doesn't have any power? You get up to 450fps velocities which makes the Kimar K 760 useful for shooting small rodents.
The Kimar 760 is very inexpensive yet has a high quality finish on the synthetic stock and metal work and fires accurate groups from 15 meters out with its open sights which are adjustable for windage and elevation.
The Umarex Steel Storm Tactical 4.5mm BB gun has a 30 shot spring fed magazine capacity along with a gravity fed 300-round BB reserve that makes reloading even faster and easier! This allows you to shoot 5 6-shot bursts in "full-auto" mode very quickly, you can also shoot in single shot semi-auto mode. The Steel Storm gives the feel of a real gun with realistic blowback action and to keep the fun going, it is powered by dual 12 g CO2 capsules. The CO2 is housed in a drop out styled magazine for easy access.

I've already made a couple of video reviews on the Steel Storm, one Table Top Review and one Field Test. These where done a while back when I first started things off and since then I've added a lot more gadgets and information to my reviews, so I wanted to revisit the Steel Storm and do a Chronograph test and Target shooting test for the Umarex Steel Storm Machine gun.
I was not surprised to see the Steel Storm perform very well in my testing, this is a wonderfully fun and inexpensive BB machine gun with decent power, accuracy, blow back action and full auto burst ability. What more do you need?
Make sure to watch this one, I even added some more interesting camera angles with my new DRIFT HD170 Action Camera.

I just noticed that you can get Bulk Air-CO2 Adaptors on Amazon via a company called "Air Venturi". They have them for the Steel Storm, the Drozd and the Blackbird. The Blackbird one actually doubles as a stock mount for your CO2 or Bulk Air Tank.
Type: BB machine gun Manufacturer: Umarex. Model:Steel Storm. Materials: Polymer shell, metal inner frame, metal trigger, mainly metal CO2 magazine. Weight: 2.8 pounds. Barrel: 7.5 inches, metal, non-rifled. Propulsion: CO2 x2. Action: Semi auto, fully auto - 6 round burst, blowback. Ammunition Type: Steel BBs 4.5mm. Ammunition Capacity: 300 in internal hopper, 30 in spring fed magazine (hopper gravity feeds magazine when spring retracted). FPS: 430. Trigger Pull: Very light. Accuracy: Excellent in both single shot and 6 round burst mode! Build Quality: This airgun is made in Japan and even though the external shell is made out of polymer, it still has a very solid feel. Realism: This gun is not a direct replica but it does share similarities to the HK MP7A1 (4.6x30mm). Purchased this gun from: The Replica Airguns Store
Pros:
Excellent value for the money.
Very accurate in both single and 6 round burst modes.
Super fun to shoot.
High rate of fire in full auto mode.
Picatinny rails on the top and bottom for accessories.
High FPS for a blowback gun.
Cons:
Mainly polymer shell.
Uses lots of CO2 (to be expected)
No but-stock or way to add a but-stock.
No adjustable sites. (a Red Dot scope is perfect for this airgun)
Comments: The gun is plastic based but seems to be well built and has some weight to it. The design and functionality is well thought out and for the price of under $100 you can't rally ask for much more.
The rate of fire is fairly fast and there is only a small amount of blowback feel probably due to the weight of the gun. The Steel Storm is surprisingly loud, so shooting in a residential neighborhood may not be the best place to empty the two CO2 cartridges! I was able to get around 200 rounds from the dual CO2 cartridges, most of which were shot in full auto 6 round burst mode.
It would have been nice to have the BBs in the pull out magazine but the gravity fed hopper makes more sense feeding into the internal lower 30 round spring fed magazine.
The Umarex Steel Storm Full Auto CO2 BB Gun is very fun to shoot and is well worth the small amount of cost. So go get one!
